Account Registration & Rules

Who Can Register

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh to create an 088q account. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that all information provided—name, email, phone number, date of birth, national ID—is accurate and true. Fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts will be closed immediately and funds forfeited.

Account Ownership

Your 088q account is personal and non-transferable. You alone are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. Do not share your account with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 24/7 support immediately at [email protected] or via live chat.

One Account Per Player

Only one account per person is allowed. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same identity, phone number, device, or payment method, all accounts will be flagged, suspended, and funds may be forfeited. Family members sharing a device must each have separate accounts but cannot share payments or promotions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit is ৳500. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits normally arrive within 5 minutes. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account unless you have not yet played and request a withdrawal within 24 hours of deposit. Each deposit is tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

Withdrawal Eligibility

Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,100. Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳150,000. Withdrawals are processed within 6 minutes but may take up to 2 hours during high traffic. Multiple withdrawal requests per day are allowed, but each will count towards your daily limit. After KYC approval, withdrawals are faster and more reliable.

Withdrawal Wagering Requirements

Any bonus or promotional credit received must be wagered 24 times before withdrawal. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling ৳24,000 before that bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Bonus funds expire after 7 days if not wagered.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 200% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit up to ৳14,500. This bonus applies to your first deposit only and must be wagered 24 times. The bonus is credited within 1 minute of qualifying deposit and is valid for 7 days. If not wagered within 7 days, the bonus bonus expires.

Reload Bonus

Existing players can claim a 21% Reload Bonus on any deposit after the first. Reload bonuses also carry a 24x wagering requirement and expire after 7 days. You may claim one reload bonus per day.

Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are optional—you can deposit without claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering is complete.
• Only permitted games contribute to wagering. Some games (e.g., live roulette) contribute 0% to wagering.
• If you withdraw before wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus is canceled.
• Duplicate accounts or accounts linked to existing players cannot claim bonuses.

Daily Cashback & Referral

All players earn 1% daily cashback on net losses (calculated every 24 hours). Refer a friend and earn ৳425 for each successful referral. Referred players must deposit at least ৳500 for the referral to qualify. Referral bonuses also require 24x wagering.

Game Play & Betting

Game Integrity

All games on 088q are provided by certified game studios including PG Soft, JILI, Playtech, Red Tiger, Sexy Gaming, and Ezugi. All games are tested for fairness and RTP (return to player) is disclosed in each game's info. You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or claim bonuses. Violation will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Betting Limits

Each game has a minimum and maximum bet in taka. You may not exceed the game's stated maximum bet. Total account daily loss limit can be set in your account settings to promote responsible play. Once a daily loss limit is set, no further bets can be placed until the next calendar day.

Winnings & Calculation

All winnings are calculated instantly based on the game's outcome. For slots and fishing games, the result is determined at the moment you press "Spin" or "Cast." For live games, the result is determined by the live dealer. 088q does not guarantee wins and all bets carry loss risk.

Responsible Gaming

Age Verification

088q is for players 18+ only. We may request proof of age at any time. If we discover an underage player, the account is immediately closed and all funds are held for legal review.

Self-Exclusion & Limits

If you feel gambling is affecting your well-being, you can self-exclude for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months via your account settings. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in or access your account. After the period expires, you may reactivate by contacting support. For permanent self-exclusion, email [email protected] with "Permanent Self-Exclusion" in the subject line.

Deposit & Loss Limits

Set a daily deposit limit (minimum ৳500) to control spending. Set a daily loss limit to pause play once net losses reach that amount. These limits are enforced by our system and cannot be overridden within the set period.

Account Suspension & Closure

When We May Suspend

088q reserves the right to suspend or close your account if: you violate these terms, use multiple accounts, engage in bonus abuse, fail KYC verification, show signs of problem gambling, have disputes with us, or if we suspect fraud or illegal activity. Suspension is immediate and account funds will be held pending investigation.

Account Closure

You may request permanent closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Dispute & Appeal

If your account is suspended, you will receive an email explaining the reason. You have 30 days to appeal in writing to [email protected] with supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed by our compliance team within 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

088q provides the platform "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 088q. Our liability is limited to the amount of your account balance. You assume all risk of loss. By using 088q, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 088q, its owners, operators, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages.

Data & Security

Your personal data is encrypted and protected. We comply with Bangladesh data protection standards. We will not share your data with third parties except payment processors and legal authorities. You may request a data export or deletion by emailing [email protected] with your account ID and full name.

Dispute Resolution

Filing a Complaint

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, bonus, withdrawal, or account issue, contact 088q support within 30 days. Describe the issue, include your account ID, and provide any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs. Complaints received after 30 days may not be investigated.

Final Authority

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Dhaka. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
